"Design" means to apply intentional thought and order; it's the opposite of randomness. Good design is more than just making something look pretty; it means making something more effective. And it never happens by itself or by accident. In this episode, Tripp Douglas shares how some of the principles of graphic design (such as creating white space and hierarchy) can be applied to our daily lives to bring order – and ultimately to make us more effective in every area.

In the previous episode, CFO Rick Eaton described Morgan White as a "place of purpose." Today we get another real-world example of exactly what that means. "Laura" and "John" (not their real names) are covert missionaries to China who are supported by MWG. As you may know, the Chinese government actively persecutes those who evangelize. Not only is it interesting to hear how "Laura and John" deal with the pressure, it also serves as a reminder for us to appreciate the wonderful freedoms we enjoy.

As MWG expands and prospers, there will be growing pains. But, in this edition of the MWG Podcast series, Rick explains how the blessings will greatly outweigh any “bumps in the road” if we stay focused and prepared to work with a respectful and grateful heart.
